In-Person Worship Guidelines

Start: Tue, July 7   End: Wed, July 7 | 9:30am
We know this is a unique season in our church family and around the world. We are learning new ways to be cautious regarding the spread of COVID while still trying to connect with the Body of Christ. Here is a list of some of our most recent safety procedures.

Before You Arrive:
·   Please register for seats each week if you plan to attend. This gives an accurate record of who was with us and assures that we can adhere to our current capacity guidelines.
·   Before you arrive, please take your temperature at home. If your temperature is 100.4 or higher or you are not feeling well, please stay home and join us online.

Masks and Safety:
·   Masks are required in our services for everyone 2 years old and up. If you forget one, we do have extras at the Information Desk.
·   Our current seating capacity is 25% (145 seats) at both services.
·   After checking in with the greeter, someone will check your temperature upon arrival.
·   An usher will seat each party. We currently have an empty row and 4 chairs between each group to maintain 6’ between individuals and groups. We alternate which rows are utilized at each service.
·   At the conclusion of the service, please be seated until an usher dismisses you.

Worship and Fellowship:
·   Music in the service will be led by the worship team and the congregation is invited to join in singing during the last song.
·   After the service concludes, we encourage socially distanced fellowship. If you are remaining in the building, please keep the area by the main doors open so that traffic does not get congested. Please also keep masks on. We have a large gathering area and ask that you spread out and utilize all that space! As the weather improves, please also utilize the outdoor area for fellowship.

Other Information:
·   Restrooms are available.
·   There is no coffee service available and please refrain from bringing in food or drinks.
·   There is no childcare during our services. We welcome and encourage families to attend worship together. The MultiPurpose Room is also available for flexible seating with tables and chairs. Activity books are also available for various ages.
·   The staff lunchroom is available for nursing moms. Please ask the person at the welcome desk for directions.
·   We are utilizing air purifiers in our lobby spaces, continuously running our H-VAC fans to recirculate the air, and monitoring CO2 levels.
